8 – 4 oz. Ball Jars (generously coat the inside of each jar with butter)
8 Eggs
1 cup Shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
½ cup Red Pepper, diced
¼ cup Wilted Spinach
2 oz Gruyere Cheese, shredded
½ cup Heavy Cream
½ teaspoon Kosher Salt and Black Pepper Mix
2 links Texas Smokehouse Original Sausage, sliced
Hollandaise Sauce garnish (optional)
1. Blend eggs, smoked Gruyere cheese, heavy cream, and salt & pepper (use a blender for smooth consistency).
2. Pour mixture evenly into buttered Ball jars.
3. Garnish each jar with sliced Texas Smokehouse original smoked sausage, wilted spinach, and diced red peppers, then seal with lids.
4. Cook via Sous Vide water bath until the temperature reaches 172 degrees.
5. Remove from heated water bath then serve or chill to reheat later in the microwave for a meal on the go.
6. Topped with Hollandaise sauce to finish.
