13 oz. Texas Smokehouse Garlic Smoked Sausage, cut into 1½” lengths
6 Place Muffin Tin (regular, not deep depth), spray each with food release
6 Rolled Pizza Dough, cut into 5″ squares
¼ cup Pizza Sauce per cup
1½ oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese per cup
Chopped Basil, rough cut as garnish
1. Place the squares of pizza dough into each of the pan cups… it’s ok for the dough to stretch.
2. Add the cut Texas Smokehouse Garlic sausage portions to each cup.
3. Top with pizza sauce then shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
4. Bake at 375 for 12–15 min… check to make sure the dough is golden brown at the bottom.
5. Remove from muffin tin then garnish with fresh chopped basil.
